Dr. Michael Yin serves as Chairman and General Manager of the company, as well as Vice President of the Guangdong Nanshan Pharmaceutical Innovation Research Institute and Principal Investigator and Professor at the State Key Laboratory of Respiratory Diseases. Recognized as a Guangzhou Development Zone Innovation & Entrepreneurship Leading Talent (2019) and Category A Outstanding Talent, he also serves as an appointed expert for the Guangdong Provincial Drug Administration Review Center and a reviewer for provincial and municipal science and technology projects.

    With over 30 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D, industrialization, and production management, Dr. Yin has led the complete process from project initiation to market launch for four pharmaceutical products, holds 16 pharmaceutical innovation patents, and has served as principal investigator for 17 national and provincial science and technology projects. He has successfully guided enterprises through NMPA GMP certifications and surprise inspections, and led several products to achieve EU cGMP and COS certifications.
